HJ's British Hairdressing Awards 2011

It has been so exciting at Daniel Gray Hair Salon this week, Hair stylist Verity Faichen is a North Western Hairdresser of the Year 2011 Finalist for HJ's 2011 British Hairdressing Awards.

The winners of the North Western Hairdresser of the Year will be announced at HJ's 2011 British Hairdressing Awards on Monday November 28th at the Grosvenor House. 


I started up Verity a facebook page so she can keep her fans and clients up to date with what happens at the British Hairdressing Awards! Fingers crossed for Monday!

21st November New hair cut by Ky'Cut Wilson

The day before my graduation I decided to finally take the plunge and get my hair cut.  For 3 years now I have always asked Jina to cut and colour my hair.

Ky'Cut Wilson was brilliant with me, I had no idea what I wanted, Ky took into consideration my face shape, skin tone, and my life style. I have never had so many people commenting on my hair before, I am so please with the results.  I absolutely LOVE it and completely recommend going to Daniel Gray Hair Salon in Kendal and asking for Ky.

What has Rosie Geissler has been up to?

I have been on a 3 month internship at Copeland Borough Council 

as the 'Graphic Designer and Communications Officer' 

I will be uploading some projects I have done while being 

there so keep your eyes peeled on my Flickr and blog.

Now I am working at Daniel Gray Hair Salon in Kendal, as a 'Marketing Officer', working very closely with a very inspiring hairdresser Ky'Cut Wilson.

I have moved form Carlisle to Ambleside for the position at Daniel Gray. I am really enjoying living in the Lake District, been going on a lot of lovely walks.

I will be keeping you updated what I will be doing over November.
